新聞眼3月26日，第四屆中國―東盟友好合作主題短視頻大賽頒獎典禮通過線上線下相結合的方式舉行。本屆大賽主題為“心心相連 筑夢未來”，旨在通過多形式、多語種的短視頻作品，促進中國與東盟各國之間的人文交流，助力中國―東盟合作進一步深化。
本屆大賽自2023年9月啟動以來，共收到2萬余件來自中國和東盟國家的參賽作品。本屆比賽佳作頻出，參賽作品類型多元，題材豐富。16件來自中國和東盟國家的短視頻作品分別獲評金、銀、銅及優(yōu)秀獎。

I am deeply honored to be here today at the Awards Ceremony of the 4th ASEAN and China “Friendship and Cooperation” Short Video Contest. This event is a testament to the strong bond and collaboration between our nations and regions, fostering mutual understanding and friendship through the power of media and technology. I am proud to witness the innovative and creative works of the participants in this short video contest, showcasing the diverse cultures, traditions, and landscapes of our region.So far, China has played an important role in the Belt and Road, Mekong Lang Chang cooperation as well as the People-to-People framework by supporting Cambodia with soft and hard infrastructure development. In these frameworks, we believe our cooperation will gain more opportunities to develop information and broadcasting infrastructure for future connectivity.

今天，我非常榮幸地出席第四屆中國—東盟友好合作短視頻大賽頒獎典禮。這次活動體現(xiàn)了中國和東盟國家之間的緊密聯(lián)系和合作，通過深化媒體交流以及在互聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術的賦能下，促進了彼此的友誼。我自豪地見證了參賽者在這個短視頻大賽中創(chuàng)新而有創(chuàng)意的作品，展示了東盟各國多樣的文化、傳統(tǒng)和風景。到目前為止，中國在共建“一帶一路”、瀾滄江—湄公河合作以及人文合作框架中發(fā)揮著重要作用，一直以來，中國也支持柬埔寨的軟、硬基礎設施建設，在這些合作框架下，我們相信，未來在信息互聯(lián)互通、基礎設施建設上，雙方將帶來更多的合作機遇。
