在中譯英部分，主要錯誤在于動詞時態(tài)、語態(tài)用錯，大小寫、標點的差錯等。還有不勝枚舉的拼寫錯誤，如morden （modern）， lawer （lawyer）， pronounciation （pronunciation），speaded （spread），unfogetable （unforgettable），teached （taught）……

在中譯英的解題過程中還有很重要的一條是會“斷句”，即能分析句子的主語、謂語以及其他修飾成分，尤其重視提高詞在整個句子翻譯中的作用，其相應的短語組成、詞性及句子結(jié)構等。

如（1）中國是第三個成功地將人類送往太空的國家（succeed）。主語是“中國”，謂語是“是”，表語是“國家”，其余成分均為修飾語。注意好不同修飾成分的位置，單個形容詞、序數(shù)詞、名詞作定語時通常放在修飾詞之前，定語從句、分詞短語等放在修飾語之后，狀語放在修飾語之前或之后均可，視情況定。Succeed 之后別忘了in doing 結(jié)構。此句譯成China is the third country that has succeeded in sending human into space。

如（2）碰巧我在這本書里找到了所需要的參考資料（happen）。句子的基本框架為“我找到了資料”happen 在此處的結(jié)構為“It so happened that…”或 “sb happen to do…” 因此可譯成I happened to find the reference materials that I needed in this book�；� It so happened that I found the reference materials that I needed in this book。
